Always something new to work on, can be a fun atmosphere with your co-workers

Cons

The owning entity (Asurion) has a lot of micro management and you have to hit a lot of KPIs to keep your job. You will always have co-workers that are extremely young and that can have a lot of challenges getting them to efficiently help customers.

Pros

I get to expand my repair knowledge. It is a relatively stable job. My coworkers have always been the highlight of my experience.

Cons

If you can't make yourself a salesperson, you will not make more than minimum wage. Ownership across franchises, and corporate leadership seem to care less and less about repair every day. The quality of leadership between different franchises varies wildly.
