      Pros

      Great atmosphere with great coworkers. If in corporate location good management. Great place to learn about small electronics.

      Cons

      They do not pay full value of what an experience technician is worth. Also, the company (Asurion) has a very aggressive approach on sales expectations on one membership product even though that membership brings very little profit to stores overall revenue attainment and yet company will complain why stores are not profitable. Also not much room for career advancement unless you are willing to relocate.
