Pros

Experience and you get to see how companies really work. The only reason I rated it a two star.

Cons

Low pay. Legitimately inane amount of training you won't even use. Waste of owner's money and employee time. I got a corrective action form, LOL, you gave me lower than mcdonald's pay relative to my area. Why do you expect the world? NDA/Non-compete Franchisees are a dice roll. I've spoken to people that have worked here for a while. There is no future for you here.

The corporate office is extremely cliquey. Very high school-like. If you don't fit in with their "nerd bro" clique be prepared to be treated differently.
