      Great learning experience High turnover rate leads to fast promotions BUT...

      Cons

      Depending on your local franchise owners, it can make all the difference. Company wide salary cap is 15/hr. Bend to every whim of the customer and you're left to fend for yourself depending on how the management is and when I mean management, I mean owner(s). I make 11/hr to fix everyones screw ups. That is why some locations have such high turnover rates

      No pros I can think of besides being able to do nothing when its slow.

      Cons

      -Forced to up sell constantly, under paid for the amount of training and knowledge required for the job. Personally I have been in the repair industry for over 3 years and my resume shows such. I was over qualified for the position I applied for (as usual) and was still paid the same amount I would have with no experience whatsoever. -You are required to do countless repairs a day and get no real break. Left to grab a bite to eat for 5 minutes and was told I needed to clock out beforehand. Ridiculous. -Management and owners could care less about employees needs whether its higher pay or more hours. Only care about how much your making for them. No bonuses are given that they promise so don't go above and beyond it wont show on your paycheck. -Pay wage is an insult to any technician
