      Pros

      Nice to be part of a successful business, ambitious, bold and fearless. Working alongside some of the biggest players in the tech industry can be stressful at times but UBIF’s model allows for teams to work tightly and efficiently together all while maintaining the very important human side of business and communication.

      Cons

      French Canadian market expansion to Montreal felt rushed.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot about sales and how electronics work. This is a franchise so no one UbreakiFix is the same.

      Cons

      Hard to have much of a life when you work from 10 to 7.

      Pros

      I’ve learned a lot here. I’ve grown a lot too. I love the people I work with in the Corporate office. The co-founders are smart and hard working guys.

      Cons

      The best lesson I’ve ever heard was from my first boss and he said “you create your own stress here”, which has stuck with me years later. Problems will alway exist, it’s just how much time you need to figure it out. A con can easily be a pro.
