Get to work on all the new technology. Samsung/Google/HP/Asurion etc partnerships Laid back environment(depends on owner/management Certifications

Cons

10:00am - 7:00am No real breaks as you work all day pretty much Pay is dirt low from tech to management. You have to have all these certifications but no increased pay. If your owner never comes in good luck unless you have a manager that really know what they are doing. Owners don't want to/can't pay higher hourly/salary due to all the fees from uBreakiFix which means anyone good will leave for better paying jobs. Can be very stressful if understaffed.

If you culture is good then it can be pretty fun, employee discount is nice, it can be very rewarding

Cons

It can be incredibly stressful, corporate is hard to work with, Samsung is hard to work with, the model doesn't support better than baseline wages, long days with no breaks (due to workload, not management)

Pay Not physical labor Easy work If you like tech work it’s not too bad but you have to be good with people

Cons

Constant badgering to update notes on work orders Absolutely no consideration of the communication difficulties of people on the autism spectrum. Owner is very condescending toward employees. Company culture is to make the customer happy even at the expense of the employees mental health.
