Pros
Great company to work for if you have the passion and drive to learn the ins and outs of electronic devices and how they work. working for a franchise can be awesome since there are few employees, the bond you have with your teammates can be really good.
Cons
some of the things can be difficult to learn at first especially at a high volume location, with a very small amount of other employees, but like anything else, it does get easier with time. Also there is very little room for growth within the company. Growth is possible, however it will take quite some time. You can only move up to a manager and then to a franchise owner unless you are fortunate enough to work for corporate. Pay is not competitive.
