I really couldn't list any pros as any benefits that I was baited into working here were all lies. I should have known when management used the quote "dangle a carrot in front of you"

Cons

No employee appreciation No room for growth Minimum respect for customers devices Would rather hire teenagers at minimum wage than real technicians Highest prices lowest quality parts Pay is low Inexperienced technicians destroy customer devices then management lies to customers.

The hours we great for part time, and the scheduled is set every week.

Cons

The management was poor. There was always drama going around the work place and they had people who weren't fit to be in charge in charge.

Working at uBreakiFix is fast paced, challenging, and rewarding. Every day you encounter something new, and you'll learn and master critical thinking, and problem solving skills to handle them. The structure is open, with only a very loose management hierarchy, and there's always opportunities for advancement and growth.

Cons

Some of the days at UBIF can be high stress environments. Once the workload and customer flow reaches critical mass, it can take some time, a lot of teamwork, and some very long days to keep everything under control.
