      I got to sit in a chair

      management expects everyone to be a pro in a month's time. they'll hire anyone but good luck making it through probation. Management got tired of questions so they just replied with snarky attitude towards the new guy when trying to learn. Training material was not well made by corporate, spelling errors abound along with training that NEEDS a video but lacks said video. don't apply unless you're already a pro. weekends constantly broken apart, no time to have a social life. managers constantly working 45 hours on average.

      Pros

      Relaxed back end environment unless there are lots of repairs to be done or customers that were not given proper expectations of their repair, then it can get hectic. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Improper training. Training consist of looking up videos and learning yourself. There is a training regimen through the UBIF Portal, but it's no good. If you expect hands on learning with someone, you'll be disappointed. Co workers will help you a long the way, but as for one on one training, don't expect it and expect to be told to "google it."
