Pros

The people hired are almost always friendly and great to work with. Company environment is usually relaxed. Customers are great in most instances.

Cons

Little to no room for growth if you don't work at a corporate store in Florida. Pay increases are either non-existent to a few cents a year. In any given day you will fix thousands of dollars worth of electronics, but only get minimum wage to do so. The job takes technical knowledge, a careful hand, and a great attitude to talk to customers in person or on the phone. A technician can easily ruin someones device several times over in any given repair. If you're reading this please look at other repair shops in your area to apply for as they will certainly pay you better for your skill and expertise.
