Pros

Good staff, good manager, promotes internally, good upward mobility. Working environment is flexible (we could eat or get food if there was nothing pressing that had to be done).

Cons

Constant repair environment can be stressful. Parts don't arrive or are defective, devices are broken and puts the entire office in a bad mood.

-Fine, skilled coworkers -Always work to do -Great learning experience

Cons

Management and ownership never wanted anything other than money. I had my hours cut, bonuses tightened, and my hours were given to the already overworked salaried workers just to squeeze as much labor out of the workers for the least money. I became a talented tech who could fix things otherwise considered unfixable, but while saving these devices in the name of going above and beyond for the customer, all I found were reprimands and disciplinary actions for not leaving them behind and cranking out iphone repairs. The company shows a real disparity between espoused values and enacted values. Pay does not match what it should. You will only be taken advantage of.

High volume, sometimes very stressful/ high pressure fast passed work Low pay to start with minimal raises until you reach management/ ownership Ever changing standards and procedures that can be hard to keep up with/adapt to
