Excellent core structure at corporate, dedicated and very experienced trainers.

Cons

Franchising has no new employees, when you get a new franchise with owners who know nothing about technology or running a business it's disastrous to the employees.

Each and every store has the same family feel as the next. This company knows what it's doing, and knows how to have a good time doing it. I've never had so much fun and laughed so much working for a company. There is tons of room for growth here!

Cons

Compensation is reasonable. The potential for growth and the excitement of this company is what keeps me around.
