There is not one single pro that I can name for this company. There's not one single good positive thing that I can share about this company. I highly recommend you continue to seek employment elsewhere if you're looking for a long-term career.

Don't expect to share or collaborate your thoughts or ideas to help the organization grow. You will be shut down and you will be ignored and put to the side. It is one way and one way only and your contribution doesn't mean squat. The expectation is to put your head and Don't say anything and just go home. This is an independent organization with free rein to treat their people the way they want to treat them. Think long and hard if this is the right fit for you and if you're willing to take your dignity, pride and what you believe in away.
