Fun at first Get to sit down a lot Learn repairs Free lunches

Cons

Sexist. Don’t let the females do repairs as much. Customer are always upset about there phones and like to blame you for it. Unorganized.no one wanted to work as a team. Your stuck being in front for hours because no one wants to take turns even when you need a break every one makes excuses. You have to shove their home plus down everyone throats and even refuse to repair their phone if they don’t sign up. All they care about is that home plus.

Pros

Good way to get some experience in the tech industry, learn how to troubleshoot and repair phones, computers and other technologies.

Cons

I find that one's experience really depends on the location, who the manager is, and who the franchise owner is. I'm sure that some locations are fun to work at, but there are some locations that aren't very well managed.
