      Relaxing at times Good coworkers Learn as you go

      Cons

      No lunch break, Management dependent, Home plus service is bad overall, Constant threats to remove partnerships and jobs, Corporate stores are useless in the area, Lack of contact from employer.

      Great until Asurion took over

      Awesome fixing stuff and making people's day again My store had a great atmosphere

      Cons

      Once Asurion took over 90% (not exaggerating) of my district quit, and I had to run the entire store by myself for about 3 months. The only benefit I got from that was a one-time $200 bonus for it. I was not considered for a promotion during this time, and was still making the entry level pay. Asurion is also a terrible company to work for with their "ethics" being more of suggestions.

      Pros

      Good at first, management was unstable for a while. Last manager was very good. Easy work. Can be fun. Flexable hours.

      Cons

      Terrible training. Forced to push 'insurance' after buyout by Asurion. Wages are pretty low since the stores don't make much per repair. High stress if things aren't working efficiently. Low tolerance for mistakes.
