Good foothold into learning a wide variety of repair techniques. Official parts and training from Samsung and Google Inside understanding of how insurance for phones and other electronics Good foot-in-the-door experience for other jobs within the tech sector.

Cons

Entirely dependent on owners caring about the team. The Little Rock-based owners do not care about their team in the slightest. Franchised so corporate cannot do much to support you in the event the owners do not care about you. Very little upward growth possibility if the owners are toxic. Salary is at the owner's discretion so you are not protected by someone above them deciding your worth.

Fun to work with tech all day.

Cons

Constant change, Moving around to different stores in the region without notice, changing availability even after both you, the opperations manager and HR agreed on what your availability was. The company starts you off low, with a pay incentive after 3 months; then fires you after 2 to avoid (what I would assume) paying for unemployment.
