Over worked, under paid.

Pros

You have the ability to get certifications from Google, Asurion, Asurant and Samsung. Great learning experience for both repairs and cust service.

Cons

This dempends on the location, but most owners double as managers. So you could only climb the ladder so far. Even if you have all the certifications, some locations will still refuse to pay you more than what you were paid before you got the certifications. I've been working full time for 3 years and have only recieved a 50 cent raise. No holiday bonus. Only 3 sick days. No benefits. Company health insurance is horrible. Little to no training. Again this depends from location to location.

I got to sit in a chair

Cons

management expects everyone to be a pro in a month's time. they'll hire anyone but good luck making it through probation. Management got tired of questions so they just replied with snarky attitude towards the new guy when trying to learn. Training material was not well made by corporate, spelling errors abound along with training that NEEDS a video but lacks said video. don't apply unless you're already a pro. weekends constantly broken apart, no time to have a social life. managers constantly working 45 hours on average.
