Everyone at this company hates their job due to the autocratic leadership and constant random change. All the President cares about is the almighty dollar. Customers are not first or even dealt with honestly.

Upper management lies to new employees coming in to get them hired on, and lies to employees about why things are going bad or not why benefits have been changed.

Great people who are trying to work and do their best with what they have.

Cons

No training, depts. are ran too lean with not enough equipment or people to do the job correctly. Your people are tired of 14-16 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week. Staff up and quit killing your best employees, you are going to lose them!!
