Pros

Benefits are ok, German culture is different.

Cons

This place is about as dysfunctional as you can get. Everyday is unorganized chaos. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand does. Management is a total joke, they may look busy but do very little. The training is sink or swim. You are expected to work everyday until your job is complete, no matter if it takes until 7 to 8pm at night. You never know what time you my get to go home. Work is first, family is second. No sick time offered and only one personal day per year. The pay is horrible. Most other manufacturing facility's in the area pay much better. This job was such a disappointment.

Pros

Good benefits, 401 K is average

Cons

This company is an unbelievable mess. There is constant management change from Europe and they always manage to get the wrong people. They have managing directors with no experience and they have no clue on how to run a company in the US. They seem to think it is all drinking, partying and getting frequent flyer miles. They have management employees who create a hostile work environment and nepotism from a managing director. In the past they have hired convicted prostitutes and felons and they have constant turnover.

Pros

Get to be apart of a great team with decent pay.

Cons

Administrative chain micromanages and gets in the way of building a better work environment. High turnover rate due to firing there best employees and trying to fill positions with unskilled workers who quickly leave or get fired. The people who are qualified for the positions need better pay to stay. The constant turnover increases downtime, scrap, and kills the overall moral of the team. Company is okay but could be great if they put employees first and productions second. With this mindset they’d go above and beyond the needed production while increasing the quality of the product.
