Little accommodation for new employees, equipment is old and worn out and constantly band aided without doing any preventative maintenance, programmers are extremely sub par, line 1 machine machinists expected to write their own programs because programmers are lazy and don't do their job

Some of the people were good, but their is always another side of every coin.

Cons

Management was not very organized, they do thing without thinking. Leadership was nonexistent. Advancement was rare. Raises were annual.
