Pros

Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

Cons

Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.

Lies, Manipulation and Hypocrisy.

It's like a crucible, you learn your capacity of stress and anxiety. Do not accept a salary position.

Cons

I once had an immediate supervisor tell me that as a manager i would have to get used to hypocritical behavior. One of the guys was getting bullied by a supervisor in a different department but the victim was written up because the supervisor was able to make good production numbers. I seriously can not express this enough... If you have a moral compass rooted in objective standards, you will be miserable here. Trust me, stay away.
