Wages recently significantly reduced for work force. Management team clueless and one day will hopefully get found out by head office. Not enough staff in certain areas causing excessive workload and stress to staff. Management motivation policy is " shouting" We have been struggling for some time even though not that busy and still work is late, of course it's every bodies fault but the management. Buck passing at its best!!
