The collaboration helped align Partner Nation tactical timelines with USCENTCOM strategic goals and supported work around Link 16 integration, secure radio communications, a unified Common Operating Picture (COP), and JICO training pipeline synchronization. 🌟 Employee Spotlight🌟 We’re excited to spotlight Jasmine Carter, who joined BlueWater Federal Solutions in summer 2025 and supports facility planning and workplace management initiatives for Navy Headquarters in D.C. Jasmine brings 10 years of experience in architecture and interior design, along with 10 years of service in the United States Air Force Reserve. She also owns and operates New Neighbor Modular LLC, a startup centered on innovative modular, container, and affordable housing concepts. When she’s not working, Jasmine is studying for her Architecture Registration Exams, running, bodybuilding training, and spending time with her dogs. Jasmine has continued to go above and beyond on every project, helping deliver the best possible product for NAVSEA. Thank you Jasmine for your hard work, dedication, and the great impact you have made on the team!
Today, we recognize Flag Day and the historical significance of the American flag as a symbol of our nation’s values and identity. Flag Day commemorates June 14, 1777, when the Second Continental Congress adopted the Flag Resolution, establishing the design of the first official U.S. flag. It is a reminder of the sacrifices made by so many and the ideals we strive to uphold every day.
