Since joining BlueWater in July 2024, Jason has delivered consistently outstanding results, drawing on nine years of IT project and program management across DOE programs and a decade of service at the Department of Defense; including four years as a Signal Corps Officer in the U.S. Army. U.S.–Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Command and Control Interoperability Board, led by Donna Taylor-Tillet and Keff Brown, brought together U.S. and Saudi military leaders to advance joint interoperability and regional security. Donna’s leadership has been instrumental in securing the CISMOA agreement, expanding the Intermediate Maintenance Facility, and launching Link 16 and Link 22 integration—major steps in strengthening the Kingdom’s defense capabilities. Beyond Saudi Arabia, Donna is also leading critical initiatives in Pakistan, including supporting the Pakistan Air Force’s F-16 modernization through Risk Management Framework workshops, renewing key security agreements, and enhancing maritime information sharing via the Joint Maritime Information Coordination Centre integration. Keff continues to play a critical role in regional data link integration and strategic coordination across CENTCOM forums. Together, their efforts are driving stronger partnerships and advancing security across the CENTCOM region.
