We were proud to serve as the Project Manager for the expansion and renovation of the Bristol County Agricultural High School (Bristol Aggie) in Dighton, MA. In addition to creating a more cohesive campus, project goals included providing cutting-edge learning spaces integrated with sustainable design and energy efficiency. Two out of six buildings – Center for Science and the Environment and Gilbert Hall – achieved #LEED Gold certification. Built Environment Plus awarded Bristol Aggie as the 2022 Green Building of the Year and ENR New England named it 2023 Best Project under the K-12 Education category. Among other responsibilities, Colliers Project Leaders guided the project through the MSBA process in developing the project scope and budget agreement with the MSBA, which determined the MSBA Grant for completion of the project.
