As a family-owned business, the Dahm family has been working together for over 70 years. Founder Joe Dahm opened Indiana’s FIRST automated Carwash, Mike’s Minit Man. A few years later, Joe’s brother, Ed Dahm, joined the business. At that time, only 18 carwashes were operating in the United States. Since then, Joe alongside with his son Bill and granddaughter Sally are carrying on the family tradition to build the #CrewCarwash you know and love today!

Meet Bella, a Shift Manager at Crew Carwash in Anderson! She has been on our Crew for 4.5 years and has worked at two Crew locations. When she's not working, she's probably studying! Bella is a junior at IUPUI where she is studying Organizational Leadership and Human Resources.

🖐 Years, and counting! Sam DeGies started at Crew as a Part-Time Associate at Crew Carwash in Noblesville! He recently joined the team at the Support Center as a Help Desk Technician while he pursues a degree in Cybersecurity. Congratulations - we're happy to have you on our Crew, Sam!

Shelby Dubree is one of our friendly team members here at Crew Carwash in Westfield, but during the busy holiday season, she's been helping out at nearby locations in Carmel and Indianapolis. Shelby says her favorite thing about working at Crew is that no matter which location she works visits, she finds high-quality, hardworking team members. When she's not working at one of our Crew locations, Shelby enjoys some of her many hobbies including reading and crocheting. She's currently crocheting a baby blanket for her new nephew!

Zach Popham is a Shift Manager at Crew Carwash on Allisonville Road. He's been on our Crew for two and a half years now, starting at Crew in Carmel before moving to this location. His favorite thing about Crew is the team members! No matter which Crew you go to, you will find a hardworking and dedicated team full of friendly faces. During the winter, Zach is impressed with the dedication of team members as they serve more and more customers, helping them get the salt and grime off their cars. When he's not working, Zach likes to participate in martial arts - especially Jiu Jitsu!
