We are so proud of Susely Escobar, Global Senior IT Manager, based out of Guatemala. Having joined in 2019 as an IT manager first for Guatemala, her keenness to learn and positive work ethic meant she was quickly promoted to Senior Manager in less than 2 years, overseeing a Global scope and providing support to users and employees across the globe. "At Everise, being proactive and eager to learn will open many doors quickly for you." We couldn't have said it better, because that's exactly what we endeavor to achieve every day - a culture where our people can learn, develop and thrive while delivering customer happiness, as long as they are keen to do so. Thank you Susely and your team for all that you do! Keep being a shining inspiration for young aspiring female (and male!) leaders alike. 🌟

Today we are shining a spotlight on the Global Women's Network at Everise, a community created by women for women. The Global Women's Network is a true grassroots movement, fueled by the incredible individuals within the Everise family. Our goal is to recognize the invaluable contributions of women from diverse backgrounds and provide them with the tools they need to thrive. This year, the women of Everise have a fantastic opportunity to be part of our inaugural mentorship program. We are matching young, aspiring leaders-to-be with experienced mentors for a transformative six-month-long journey. While the program is open to both men and women, we are placing extra emphasis on empowering young women who may need that extra boost to discover their unique voice. Let's continue supporting and empowering each other every step of the way towards an equitable, inclusive world.

Everise's Salute Network employee resource group promotes awareness around the military veteran community within our organization. Veterans are a source of inspiration, having endured significant trials throughout their service. These experiences shape them into strong leaders, crisis-tested workers and valuable contributors to the workplace. Our Salute Network achieves this mission through a range of e-talks and internal engagements. Additionally, we are proud to run our annual Toys for Tots initiative, which collects donations of toys and funds to support local children in need. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to pay it forward and give back to our community, a value that we hold dear. At Everise, we believe in rising together and that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to our success and the success of every organization. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we take pride in our ability to foster an environment of inclusivity where everyone feels seen and heard. Rise together with us by commenting, sharing or liking this post if it resonated with you!

At Everise, we believe in rising together as individuals and as an organization. This means that no group gets left behind, and all groups are treated and celebrated equitably. Our Heritage Network is a great example of how we bring this belief to life from the ground up. The group seeks to create an environment where people of many heritages feel seen and valued. We celebrate the uniqueness of the diverse cultures that make up our organization, and we work to ensure that everyone feels included. Our Heritage Network kicked off this year with an E-talk on African American Heritage Month. People from diverse cultures attended, and we heard from selected champions who shared their inspirational and vulnerable stories. They covered topics from code-switching to cultural filters, highlighting the challenges that many people face in the workplace. Above all, the speakers urged everyone to be kind – a great piece of advice for any given life situation. We are so proud of the work our Heritage Network does in promoting kindness and inclusivity as one team. They have so much more planned

We are delighted to announce that Everise Philippines signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Office of the Mayor of Cauayan City in Isabela Province, which is located in the northeastern part of the Philippines. This officially marks the first foray for Everise and, indeed, for a global BPO organization into the wonderful community of Isabela. We are honored that Mayor Cesar Dy, Jr. joined Kristine Bondoc, VP of Operations in the Philippines, in sealing this partnership that will bring jobs right to the doorsteps of the people of Isabela. This partnership is hopefully one of many, enabling Isabelans to enjoy the same employment opportunities they otherwise might have to commute hours to Metro Manila for. Congratulations to both teams for this momentous partnership and here's to many more to come!
