Seniors have a lot of wisdom to share. InnovAge employees learn from the more than 6,000 older adults we serve, including many pieces of advice, myths about aging, and the best parts of getting older. Here are some pearls of wisdom recently shared by participants in the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE.

Keeping our brains active and engaged is instrumental in healthy aging and independence. Our talented recreation and activity specialists are an important part of each of our PACE and LIFE teams. During National Activity Professionals Week, we want to thank them for everything they do!
The ground is cleared to start building InnovAge's Roanoke Valley PACE center in Virginia. The existing Roanoke center will move to the new site in 2020.
InnovAge’s employee training includes site visits for team members to exchange ideas with counterparts in other regions of the country. In December, employees from Pennsylvania and Virginia came to Colorado and shadowed employees at the Thornton PACE center.
Lou Pierotti, InnovAge's director of real estate development, leads efforts to build new centers and renovate existing ones to better serve participants in the Program for All-inclusive Care (PACE).
