Get to know Tiffany! #RecruiterSpotlight Why did you want to become a recruiter? I love connecting with new people and helping them find a position they will love! What attracted you to InnovAge? InnovAge's mission allowing seniors to stay in their home comfortably as long as possible is what drew me in. Also, the company's compassionate nature towards their participants and employees. Do you have advice specifically for those applying at InnovAge? Make sure to highlight your skills and update your resume to reflect the position you are going after and never hesitate to reach out for any advice. We look for people who are passionate about geriatric care. Anyone who is patient, kind, and caring would be an amazing addition to our team. FUN FACT: I lived in England for a while and have been to over 20 different countries. I love to travel every chance I get!

Meet Demi, one of InnovAge's rockstar recruiters. She's worked at InnovAge for almost two years and recruits for all of our jobs across the country, from front line to corporate roles. Get to know Demi in our very first #RecruiterSpotlight! How did you get started in recruiting? Years ago, I worked at an airport, and part of my job was to staff new restaurants in the terminals. I really enjoyed staffing, training, and watching employees grow within an organization. It was SUCH a rewarding feeling. Do you have advice for all candidates? Use your personality! A lot of recruiting begins on the phone, so if you are confident and outgoing on the phone, then you will go far in the interview process. Do you have advice specifically for those applying at InnovAge? There are many ins and outs when onboarding at InnovAge. We have to complete a lot of steps in order to remain HIPPA compliant, however, once you're here, it's worth it! FUN FACT: I was in karate for 14 years and obtained my black belt at one point.
