What does water quality improvement actually look like? Our creative Boston engineers set out to educate their community using a 3D, interactive model, which included pouring water over a realistic cityscape - complete with pedestrians, cyclists, a bus, and color-coded piping beneath - and presented it at the City of Cambridge's PARK(ing) Day celebration, where metered parking spaces are turned into temporary parks and activity hubs:
Kleinfelder, the City of Brewer, and Maine Department of Transportation were presented with ACEC Maine’s Honor Award for Engineering Excellence for the Brewer Riverwalk Trail Phase II project! Kleinfelder provided design services and full construction oversight for the one-mile stretch of trail that provides a safe and accessible transportation path for pedestrians and bicyclists.
Kleinfelder’s West Division Leadership team just wrapped up a two-day planning meeting in Sacramento. In addition to developing strategies to position the Division for growth and success in the next fiscal year, the team donated more than $850 worth of toys to the Toys for Tots program!
