At North Central Health Care, collaboration and innovation matter, and this quarter’s Outstanding Team Partnership Award is a great example of that in action. Teri Daigle, Todd Shnowske, and Max Schmelling (left to right) were recognized for working across teams and with external partners to create a smart, efficient solution to upcoming billing changes. Their approach improved accuracy and compliance while protecting valuable time for direct patient care. This recognition highlights the behind-the-scenes work that supports our care teams and reflects the strong partnerships that drive our organization forward. We’re proud to celebrate employees who think creatively, remove barriers, and support person-centered care every day. Congrats Team!
