On August 7, NCHC celebrates Behavioral Health Professionals Day! Person-Centered Service is the heart of what we do each day at North Central Health Care. Our Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) work collaboratively with our behavioral health teams, empowering patients and clients in their daily living skills. BHPs possess a unique blend of compassion, resilience, and expertise as they confront complex challenges daily, providing support and guidance to those coping with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and emotional struggles. BHPs often serve as a lifeline for individuals and families navigating difficult times. They provide client and patient care duties and lead activities that cultivate stability, well-being, growth, skill development, and learning. Bredlau brings with her 22 years of experience in human resources, with over 10 years serving as a human resources leader in the Central Wisconsin area. As Director of Human Resources, Bredlau will also serve as a valuable member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing a strategic vision for the organization.
