Prometheus Neighborhoods scored seven 2023 Gold Nugget Awards of Merit from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC). The PCBC Gold Nugget Awards are presented to top innovators in design, planning and development. Selected by a panel of top industry experts who reviewed nearly 600 entries, the winners showcase the most important trends in design, planning and building. The Grand Awards will be presented in an awards ceremony on May 24, 2023. This is the largest number of awards in one single year Prometheus has ever received. Big kudos to everyone on this exciting achievement! The onboarding journey at Prometheus continues long after your start date. We welcomed back our Prometheans across various departments who joined last quarter to catch up with one another, all in the spirit of Good Living For The Greater Good. As part of our Porch (volunteer) program, we rallied over table saws, paint brushes, and hammers to build two playhouses with Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley. We can't wait to see the smiles and endless hours of play they bring to little tykes across the Bay Area.
Have you ever hit your fitness goals on a rooftop before? Our Neighbors joined us for a Mind & Movement event on The Carson rooftop, hosted by our boutique fitness partner Swyft Fitness. Neighbors challenged themselves to reach new milestones by participating in a thirty-minute HIIT session followed by thirty minutes of restorative yoga. Sweat and smiles were had by all.
For the second year running, our Neighborhoods Cobalt, Madera, and Trestle are recognized among the elite 1% of properties nationwide, landing a coveted spot on the “2022 Elite 1% ORA™ Power Rankings” for online reputation. The ORA™ Power Rankings by J. Turner Research assigns an Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score to each property and are based on a monthly, nationwide study of the online reputation across 10+ review sites. More than 134,000 properties nationwide were evaluated for their online reputation presence. Madera landed at 1,556 on the list, Cobalt secured the 1,761 slot, and Trestle brought us home at 1,921. More reason to celebrate – not a single competing apartment community in their respective cities (Santa Clara, Mountain View, San Carlos) made the list, securing what we already know to be – we have the best in the whole business. A standing ovation for these teams and their relentless pursuit of making every Neighbor feel genuinely at home!

Amalia started at Madera as a Neighbor Ambassador in 2017 and has brought light and laughter to many of our Neighborhoods. She’s supported 100 Moffett, Orchard Glen, and most recently she was promoted to Assistant Neighborhood Director at Montrose. She’s the quintessential team player with her can-do attitude and has the special ability to create the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.
