Meet Niki Bourque: Military Spouse and Regions Bank Wellness Administrator. For more than 15 years, Bourque has provided coaching and education to help people build healthy habits through positions with the U.S. Air Force, academic settings and the private sector. Today she brings her expertise and passion for health and wellness to Regions Bank where she creates and promotes programs that benefit associates across the company.
Meet John Lehman: U.S. Marine Corps Reservist and Regions Bank Assistant General Counsel. He has proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps for more than 22 years, both in active duty and as a reservist. In addition, Lehman is an Assistant General Counsel in Regions Bank’s legal department, a role he has held since 2014.
Meet Justin Laddie, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and Operational Risk Analyst for Regions Bank. Through the Regions “Building Regions Associate Veteran Experience” or BRAVE program, Laddie has served as a mentor to other military veterans making the transition to Regions.

Happy 2021 Evergreen Week! Each year Regions spends a week showing our associates how much we appreciate them and this year our theme is #alltogethernow. This year we started a new tradition with the inaugural Birmingham Bike Brigade, a 45-minute “trample” through Birmingham city center that included avid and occasional cyclists – and 12 green bikes ridden by associates of the bank. Currently, around 100 college students are spending their summers working in different areas throughout Regions Bank. Groups across Regions Bank have developed unique talent programs that create a win-win for participants and for the bank.
