"Wise to #resolve, and patient to perform." -Homer In 2023, we continued building a strong SOLV Energy that celebrates diversity, promotes equity and cultivates inclusion. In January, we formed our employee-led Resolve DEI council focused on implementing and maintaining best-in-class DEI practices that yield positive outcomes for employees and people from marginalized communities. This past summer, the Resolve council hit the road, meeting our people where they are in 12 cities and virtually. At each stop, Resolve members engaged with our team, providing DEI training and volunteer opportunities serving local nonprofits. This month, we earned the Silver Certification through the Solar Energy Industries Association's DEIJ Certification Program. The work isn't over. With purpose, patience and resolve, we will continue to strengthen our commitment to creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace and culture in the solar industry and an even brighter SOLV Energy. As federal energy policies begin to take hold, the U.S. solar industry is recording impressive growth in 2023. Solar installations are expected to add a record 33 GW of capacity this year. While economic and regulatory challenges remain, solar is now expected to be the largest source of generating capacity on the U.S. grid by 2050. Our Community Relations team ends the year with our biggest giving day, Giving Tuesday! We're encouraging SOLV Energy employees to do good, collaborate and give generously to nonprofits they're passionate about by offering a 2:1 match on donations made through our giving platform, The Ripple Effect. Though Giving Tuesday happens just once a year, our goal is to empower our SOLV Energy team to generate good energy year round by providing opportunities to volunteer and give back and by sharing their stories with our industry partners.

We had a great time connecting with O&M and solar services leaders in Austin at Solarplaza Summit Asset Management Texas this month. SOLV Energy Business Development Manager Alison Hyde Adams moderated a panel discussion on Texan challenges and O&M best practices, and was joined by teammates Reegan Moen and Julica Coley at the event.

Oberon Solar + Storage prioritized the use of domestically-sourced components and provided over 930 union job opportunities, maximizing positive benefits to the local economy throughout construction.
