We’re #ShawmutProud to be building Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s 14,000 square-foot restaurant at New York City’s 425 Park Avenue, continuing our partnership with L&L Holding Company and Foster + Partners. Vongerichten’s new restaurant will feature a main dining level on the mezzanine with a 1,000 square-foot show kitchen and a cocktail lounge with a 45-foot high ceiling. The multi-Michelin-star chef will also run the food & beverage program in 425 Park Ave’s #ShawmutBuilt The Diagrid Club.

The #ShawmutBuilt Truly LA is the first brick-and-mortar location for the Truly Hard Seltzer brand, an 8,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor taproom featuring a bar, garden area, and stage for shows in partnership with Live Nation. Alongside The Boston Beer Company and Bergmeyer, the team fused the industrial, raw, and historic elements of the DTLA neighborhood with Truly Hard Seltzer’s inclusive and vibrant brand to bring the space to life.
