Advancing hypersonic technology is imperative to the United States defense strategy. Former United States Air Force Chief Scientist, Dr. Mark Lewis, and Stratolaunch Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Daniel Millman share their thoughts on the history, current affairs, and future of hypersonics. Dr. Millman also discusses how the Stratolaunch Talon-A, a reusable autonomous test vehicle, will be used to accelerate our nation's hypersonic flight test tempo, similar to the X-15 of the postwar era.
Come with us on a high-speed journey and see how Roc and Talon will work as one to be a flight test asset for our nation. We’re accelerating Mach 5+ #LetsRoc

Our CEO and President, Dr. Zachary Krevor, recently joined podcast host Vago Muradian on Defense and Aerospace Report Daily to discuss how Stratolaunch seeks to drive innovation in hypersonic weapons development through rapid prototyping and testing, our role in the development ecosystem, keys to speed and how U.S. capabilities in the field compare against adversaries. Listen to the podcast episode here:

Welcome to a new chapter in hypersonic flight test. We recently mated our first test vehicle, TA-0, to Roc for the first time. TA-0 will be used to test and validate Roc's release system and characterize separation dynamics. The team will conduct functional and integration testing on the vehicles in the coming months, culminating in a captive carry and safe separation testing later this year. #LetsRoc
We're excited to announce the public debut of our first structurally complete Talon test vehicle, TA-0, featured in this week's issue of Aviation Week Network. The article also features photos of TA-0 being mated to Roc's pylon for the first time. Learn more about how we are gaining operational momentum and will soon be a national hypersonic test asset:
ICYMI: Recently Roc completed its fifth flight. Take a peaceful ride alongside our carrier aircraft and get a close-up look at the new hardware on the center wing. This pylon will soon carry and release our reusable hypersonic vehicle Talon. #LetsRoc
