📣 We have some very exciting news here at Zepz! Recognising the strong technical expertise Africa has to offer, as well as the importance of investing in junior talent, we are launching our very first Associate Engineering Programme in South Africa. What does this look like? This month, 12 Associate Engineers are joining us in a rotational programme where they will work closely with our engineers receiving mentoring, guidance and support with personal development. Each participant will complete five rotations within an Engineering sub-department, with specific goals and objectives. At the end of the year, participants will conclude the programme and transfer into an exciting Engineering team. Participants have around one year of work experience on average, therefore it’s an opportunity for them to grow and develop with us. This is a big win for Zepz. Our Associate Engineering Programme has offered an opportunity for us to improve the diversity of our engineering team and feeds into our 2023 GLO (grow, launch, optimise) strategy. #lifeatzepz #lifeatsendwave #lifeatworldremit
