"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

There are not any benefits. I put in for PTO and VTO, I was denied both and did not get paid for the PTO hours at the end of the season. They said that since we're closing then we couldn't get approved but that's unacceptable because we'd put in a 2-3 week advance notice for the PTO.

Some company perks were great, but health, dental, and vision benefits increased every year. So I found myself choosing a plan that didn't have as many benefits or going with a different provider because it was cheaper.

it has a high premium, and the co-pays are high. $40 for a regular doctor and $50 for a specialist

That they do not offer tuition assistance or gym membership discounts. They do not contribute to healthy lifestyle of their fellow employees

No defined benefit pension, insurance is high, no company contribution to 401k.
