"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

I do not have the benefits package with them but PTO is 17 days when you start then 19 days 3-4 years
High premium, high deductible, bad prescription coverage

The benefits package is awful and there is not really one good thing about it except for the health packages that offer little to no premium other than that it's all very downhill

Time off at the exempt level is generally in line with hourly employees, but in practice never monitored. You could get time off on an as needed basis.
The 401(k) is pretty standard, nothing special, but still a decent employer match.
The cost of health insurance is pretty high unless you want a super-high deductible. I was paying a little over $100/check for a $1200/year deductible. When my deductible was $4500, I remember paying around $45/mo without dental or vision coverage.

You pay 100% of the policy premium. Employer pays very little if any of the premium. After moving to Concentrix Services US inc. 70% of my paycheck each pay period goes to insurance. I'm working for slave wages. My take home pay is about $5.36 per hour, after all deductions.
