"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

The worst thing about the benefits was being offered benefits, then having them jerked away. The cost of insurance was high, and deductibles were extremely high. The coverage is 70% with a $5,000 deductable for $260 every 2 weeks.

Part time - paid training, paid time off, 401k, paid holidays
Full time - above and medical benefits
Can be hard to add hours when part time, even when overtime is available. Schedules are rigid unless management opts to change them (and was not given any schedule choices to pick from).

T Here are benefits offered. The cost however is much higher than previous employer which seems odd for the size of the company.

Maternity policy sucks...better yet there is NOT one. You will be told to quit if you haven't been there 90 days. Package itself is very expensive.

I love the benefits. Reasonable pricing. 401k love it. Company matches employee contributions. You can withdraw for life's hardships.
