"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

Very generous and I would say they are into giving the best benefits for the staffs. I would recommend skilled applicants to work for Concentrix (Convergys).

- I love the fact that we have employer-covered Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance :)
- Still can't afford health and dental insurance - well I can lol, but I wish the deductibles were lower.

There benefits package was horrible. You have to put in your vacation 1 year in advance and then if you need a sick day it is denied because all you PTO are tied up in your vacation time.

Benefit packet is okay. They offer two different types of medical, dental and vision plans through Cigna. The deductible is high but as long as you stay with in network doctors, the deductible is waived. 401k Match is .50 cents on every dollar up to 4% of your annual income. Agents earn 3.08 hours of PTO per pay period as long as they work their full 80 hours per pay period. If they work less than that, the hours granted get adjusted to the amount of hours worked. The maximum amount of PTO hours allowed to be earned per pay period is 3.08 hours which equates to 10 days of PTO which may be used for vacation or sick time (it all goes into “one bucket” agents get to choose how they use their time). They don’t offer tuition reimbursement which is a major bummer and one of the main reasons why I’m starting to look for another position.

401k. Accrued vacation time. 7 paid holidays. CIGNA health insurance which is just okay.
