The company is pushing health insurance cost back to the employee. only offering High deductible coverage with options to have a Health Savings account. After one year of this type of insurance, anyone with any medical needs that require any ammount of money are screwed .You end up draining your personal accounts to cover medical costs and end up bankrupt.
