Practically non-existent in the past couple of years. Executives are not compensated according to their bad performance while the employees suffer and get little to nothing every year. Other tech companies on average have a 10-15% yearly bonus.

Yes IBM has a Performance Bonus but they have not paid more than between $0 - $1500 for the past 5 years. It has been a steady decline since revenues began sliding in 2010. If you work at IBM or plan on joining, don't expect anything (seriously, expect $0) and you won't be disappointed. Exception to the rule is Ginny and top execs - they receive hefty bonuses no matter how crappy the company performs.
