Minimal considering the Billions IBM makes each year. 1% to 2% payout if your Senior Management decides to pay.

Based on a convoluted matrix that ends up having nothing to do with what you actually worked on that year.

Not only have executives cut back on bonus payouts but every day employees have lost their bonus pay unless they are the top 10% of the employees in a group. Larger groups benefit, but don't be a strong player in a group of strong players or you will probably get skipped.

BONUS???? ARE YOU KIDDING? There is no bonus for employees. Bonuses only go to top executives.
