The best thing is the 9/80 schedule which means you get alternate Fridays off. The health insurance is pretty mediocre. You get 10 hours of vacation added to your pot every month, 40 hours sick time total for the year, and that's pretty much it.

High Deductible Health Insurance, only 5 days of illness pay before you have to use your vacation if you are sick

Lots of benefits and some really good employee discounts for many products and services. Health insurance just changed to a high deductible plan. I'm not sure how out will be, but I'm worried about being able to afford the deductible. Premium is lower now. HSA seems very good.

401k match 50% up to 8%. So they will give 4% if you max out at 8%. Starting new health plan 2018. Also get immediate 40 hrs PTO which you can use on a whim or cash out at end of pay period. On top you get an hour a week accumulation vacation that rolls over.

Excellent advantages even for fresh careers. I can only recommend! Did not ask much, though.

Flex schedule. Decent time off. Not the greatest health plan but you can earn credit through incentives (healthy actions, perimeter, etc...)

The forced LM medical benefit is seriously lacking. The workforce was happy with Kaiser and only a handful still hold Kaiser benefits. Dental is great. Eyecare plan is terrible. Matched 401K up to 8% at $0.50/dollar. Pension was cancelled a few years back.
