I submitted my resume through my university’s job board. I got an email the next day to set up a time to come in for an interview. They showed me around the facilities and took me out to lunch. Very casual talking with everyone I met, mostly asking about my class experiences and things on my resume.

Asked about my experience with programming and certain cad software
One phone call with the recruiter, one virtual with the manager, and one final onsite. Okay experience, ghosted by my recruiter after the final. The process took around 2 months.
Phone Interview followed by on-site interview. Phone interview was explaining the position and what the company does. On-site interview started with a tour of the facility and then the interview questions.

The interview questions were straight forward. Very Professional approach towards the candidates. Treated fairly. Proper procedures was followed. It was a four stage process starting with aptitude, technical questions. A technical round and then to the director and manager
