Rather distasteful experience. I was scheduled for a call with HR shortly after my application and was asked to complete online assessments within a week. At the same time, I was requested to provide an expected salary range. Following which, HR reverted quickly to check if I would be open to negotiate further on the compensation package and if so, we could get on a call to discuss. I replied within the day, asking for the HR’s availability so we could have the discussion asap. However, I did not hear back till about 7-8 weeks after, and I was, obviously, slapped with a rejection email.
Lots of processes many rounds but had a great experience of interviewing with them quite hard for people who don't have experience but 🥺✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻thank you for the opportunity I'm looking forward to work for Agoda in the future
Made me go through so many rounds of interviews just to reject me in the end. Complete waste of my time. They weren’t very transparent with the progress and made me wait for so long.

Applied via career site, HR Screening few days after, User 1 Interview the week after, User 2 Interview the following week, User 3 interview few days after, followed by getting GHOSTED hahahahaha. Such a waste of time and effort, I am not the only one who experienced this tho, my friend too was ghosted by this company. Trust me recruitment process usually indicates how a company gonna treat their employee
