1 calls with HR, one with manager on skype (I was not living in NYC at the time) then in person was 3 people. 1 with direct manager again, 2 with higher up's. This was pre-covid.
I originally applied for an associate position but they felt I could have benefited as applying as a manager. After they denied me a position as a manager, I told them I was still interested in the associate position. That didn't seem to matter to them.
HR girl highlighted their team retreats and show and tell meetings which consisted of how burning man went. They had cute colored lockers though.
