I applied online and heard back around two weeks later. We had around a half hour conversation about the role and the interviewer answered any questions that I had. He sent me a take home project to complete with instructions to complete within a week. I completed the project and was sent a $200 Amazon gift card! Around two weeks later I heard from the recruiter saying they would like to fly me in for an interview. Airtable setup everything for me to fly in and paid for everything. I then proceeded to interview for most of the day (10am - 4pm) with 1 on 1 interviews with several people, including a group lunch. Upon getting ready to go I was sent home with a bag of goodies thanking me for my time. While I did not get the job, I had asked the recruiter for feedback on why. She happily met with me and provided details. Interviewing at Airtable was probably the best interview experience I have had, even though I did not get the job.
